Specifications

Printing Workflow

1. Design & RIP
   Create or import your design and process it through RIP software for layering and color separation.

2. Print to Film
   Load your DTF film and initiate printing. The vacuum suction bed holds the film steady while the printer lays down color and white ink layers.

3. Apply Adhesive Powder
   Evenly coat the wet ink with hot melt powder. Shake off excess and cure the film using a heat press or oven.

4. Transfer to Fabric
   Position the cured film onto your fabric and heat press for 1015 seconds at 160170C.

5. Peel & Finish
   Peel off the film (hot or cold peel, depending on preference) to reveal your full-color, washable, durable print.
